At iCookMix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a comprehensive return policy.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all iCookMix TC-7 purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@icookmix.com or call +44 1234 567890 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to customer preference (you changed your mind, found a better price elsewhere, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns due to defective products, incorrect items shipped, or other errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and reimburse your original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim more efficiently.
Warranty Claims
The iCookMix TC-7 comes with a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. For full warranty details, please refer to the warranty card included with your product.
Exceptions
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
